On December 2, 2025, students from the College of Economics, Business, and Law visited the "Bereket" hotel complex as part of their internship at the "Visit Qaraganda" Tourist Information Center. During the visit, the students familiarized themselves with the hotel’s structure and organizational workflow, learning about service standards, the role of the administrative department, guest reception protocols, and room stock management. Representatives of the complex provided detailed insights into internal logistics, the front desk operations, the housekeeping department, as well as service quality requirements and the professional skills essential for the hospitality industry.

The event was held as part of the Year of Working Professions and aimed to expand the practical knowledge of future tourism professionals. Such meetings strengthen the link between theory and practice, motivate young people, and help them make an informed choice regarding their professional path.

This visit served as a vital practical component of their education, allowing students to gain real-world knowledge of how the hotel business functions and to reinforce their professional competencies.
